Australian businessman John Symond has put his palatial superyacht “Hasna” up for sale, asking €97.5 million (US$109 million).

The 240-foot motor yacht has all the extra trappings of a landed megamansion, including an infinity pool, a home theater and hairdressing salon, according to an announcement on Thursday from U.K.-based yacht broker Burgess, which is handling the sale.

The yacht is also as good as new, according to the brokers, as the seller has only owned it since 2017, when builder Royal Van Lent reportedly delivered the custom-made boat following a multi-year construction.

Burgess doesn’t name Mr. Symond, 71—known by “Aussie John” as the founder of lender Aussie Home Loans. But the yacht features heavily on his adult children’s Instagram accounts, where they're pictured lounging on deck from New York City to St. Barts. Mr. Symond could not immediately be reached for comment.

Hasna, which sails under a Cayman Islands flag, can accommodate 12 guests and 21 crew members. It has a trans-Atlantic range of 5,500 nautical miles and can cruise at 14 knots, according to the listing.

Spacious common areas include multiple al fresco dining areas in addition to the formal indoor dining room in the main saloon. There’s also a spacious cocktail bar that wraps around from inside to an outdoor deck lined with loungers, images show.

“She has plenty of versatile entertainment spaces too, for sun lounging and yoga to partying or just settling down with a good book,” according to the news release from Burgess.

Passenger rooms also have direct access to the gym, which has its own outdoor deck lined with stationary bikes.

Meanwhile, there’s a 10-seat cinema upstairs on the main deck, a wellness center and salon. The main deck also encompasses a roomy master suite with two bathrooms, separate dressing rooms and a private study—giving new meaning to “working remotely."
