The Los Angeles home belonging to celebrity interior designers Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent will soon hit the market with a $13.795 asking price.

The couple stars on the TLC reality show "Nate & Jeremiah by Design," and, unsurprisingly, their 90-year-old property has been meticulously updated inside and out.

Mr. Berkus, 47, has been a regular feature on Oprah’s shows, offering design advice and coordinating surprise makeovers. His own show, "The Nate Berkus Show," ran from 2010 to 2012.

The house—in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park neighborhood—retains its historic soul, while meeting modern standards of design and functionality, according to a representative for the listing brokerage Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.

Spanning almost 8,500 square feet, the home has five bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a screening room and a library.

The property also has a separate two-bedroom guesthouse, a pottery room, three parking garages and a side motor court, while the rear garden comes complete with a dining pavilion, a pool, a koi pond and organic gardens.

Not only does the house come with a design pedigree, but a celebrity one, too.

Mr. Berkus purchased the home from Marta Kauffman, co-creator of "Friends" and the Netflix series "Grace and Frankie," property records show.

He paid $8.18 million for the home in 2016 through a trust registered to an address associated with his business, and of which he is listed as trustee, according to records with PropertyShark.

The home is set to hit the market later today with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury’s Brent Watson. Mr. Watson wasn’t immediately available to comment.

A representative for Mr. Berkus and Mr. Brent did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
