REM-Fit ZEEQ Smart Pillow

It’s hard to believe we’re talking about one pillow when it has features like snore monitoring and built-in sensors that buzz when you need to shift positions, wireless speakers to stream your favorite dulcet tones and customizable memory foam. Should you want to analyze every night move, the pillow is compatible with Amazon Echo or Google Home, which will read you your sleep metrics (like snoring levels and sleep quality) the next morning. Listen to music or podcasts and set a timer to turn the music off so you won’t wake yourself (or your partner) up in the middle of the night. And if that’s not enough, there’s a smart alarm that tailors your wake-up time to best suit your sleep cycle for increased morning energy and less grogginess.

The REM-Fit ZEEQ Smart Pillow is available for $200.

There are personalized sleep and wellness tips, an easy wake alarm, and music to set your sleep soundtrack every night—and it’s all in the palm of your hand through your smartphone.

The iSense Smart Adjustable Pillow is available for $69.

Moona

With the comfort of memory foam and the tech to keep you at the ideal temperature all night, Moona creates a serene setup for lulling you to sleep and staying there. A pad insert that goes inside your pillowcase, the device is connected to a little tank attached via tubes. It flows cool water through the tubes and straight to your pillowcase to help regulate your temperature by focusing on the head and neck area. Through the accompanying app on your smartphone, you can raise or lower the temperature, set up an alarm clock and get insights about your sleep. It even uses machine learning to determine your ideal temperature profile.

Soundasleep

Just like its name implies, this pillow uses the power of sound to help you reach a restful snooze. With a built-in Bluetooth speaker, you can relax to your favorite bedtime tracks, audiobooks and podcasts via the accompanying app. Manage snoring with a decibel-level controlled alarm that wakes you up if your snoring gets too loud. You can also monitor sleep patterns as well as things like alcohol, caffeine and exercise, which impact sleep. The Soundasleep, by a British company of the same name, has a multi-function button, a zip pocket that hides the USB charging cable and the Bluetooth speaker—and it’s all encased in a cozy quilted cover.

The Soundasleep pillow is available for £30 (US$41.20).
